Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 20-25 minutes

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs together with salt and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in the crumbled goat cheese until it's evenly distributed throughout the egg mixture.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour in the egg mixture and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until the edges start to set.
