Spelt Flour Ciabatta

  • 1 cup spelt flour
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup lukewarm water

Combine the flours, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large mixing bowl. Gradually add the warm water, stirring with a wooden spoon until the dough comes together.
