  • Keyboard and Mouse Positioning: Place the keyboard directly in front of you with your wrists straight and elbows at a 90-degree angle. Position the mouse close to your body and at the same height as your keyboard.
  • Work Surface Height and Depth: Ensure the work surface is at a comfortable height for standing or sitting work, allowing you to keep your elbows at a 90-degree angle.
  • Lighting: Provide adequate lighting in the workspace to avoid eye strain. Use natural light if possible, and supplement with artificial lighting as needed.
  • Break Times and Movement Opportunities: Encourage regular breaks and provide opportunities for movement throughout the day.
