Stretching Your Major Muscle Groups
Neck Stretch
- Sit or stand with good posture
- Slowly tilt your head to the side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder
- Hold for 30 seconds and return to starting position
- Repeat on the other side
Shoulder Rolls
- Stand or sit with shoulders relaxed
- Roll your shoulders forward and backward in a circular motion
- Repeat for 10-15 repetitions
Chest Stretch
- Stand in a doorway with arms extended overhead
- Lean forward, stretching your chest and shoulders
- Hold for 30 seconds
Quad Stretch
