Recommended Annual Health Exam Schedule

Children (0-17 years old)

  • Infants: 12 months

    • Developmental assessment
    • Hearing and vision tests
    • Review of vaccination schedule
  • Toddlers (1-2 years): 18 months, 24 months
    • Height, weight, and head circumference measurements
    • Developmental assessment

  • School-age children: 5, 10, 15 years
