Kosher Dietary Laws

The kosher dietary laws, also known as kashrut, dictate what types of food are permissible to eat according to Jewish law. The laws are outlined in the Torah and are still observed by many Jews today. The purpose of these laws is not only to maintain a healthy diet but also to promote spiritual growth and observance.
