Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed seasonal fruits (strawberries, blueberries, grapes)
- 8 oz assorted artisanal cheeses (brie, feta, mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup toasted almonds
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed seasonal fruits.
- Cut the assorted artisanal cheeses into small cubes and add them to the fruit mixture.
