3. ADKAR Model

It involves: * Awareness of the need for change * Desire to participate in the change process * Knowledge about what is expected of them during the change process * Ability to perform new tasks and behaviors * Reinforcement to ensure that changes stick

4. Six-Step Change Management Process

This approach involves: * Assessing the need for change * Designing a new vision or strategy * Communicating the vision and plan to stakeholders * Building a coalition for change leadership * Implementing the change plan * Reviewing progress and lessons learned

5. Agile Change Management

Agile change management involves iterative, incremental changes that are flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances. This approach is particularly effective in fast-paced environments where requirements may shift rapidly.
